Pricing and Orders

Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise and may change. Placing an order is a purchase request; an order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may review, decline, or cancel orders for reasons such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, availability issues, or inaccurate details. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will arrange an applicable refund using the original payment method where possible, or contact you to agree an appropriate alternative.

Payments and Cash on Delivery

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only where offered at checkout and may be subject to delivery and verification conditions. Customers should provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive orders.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances outside our control. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Warranty claims are subject to applicable product-specific warranty terms.
